Christy started her journey in the construction industry back in 1990, by working as a rental clerk, head cashier and assistant office manager for Neelco Do It Center, located in Rockledge. From there, she honed her skills at East Coast Lumber & Supply Co., where she began working in inventory control. Within a year, she became office manger for the next 11 years while learning the purchasing, sales and customer relations. She later became a construction project manager for a construction company, and that is when she was inspired by some colleagues to further her career. That is when she became a licensed, state certified building contractor in 2018. contractors. She co-founded 321 Homes, Inc with a mission to protect clients from unethical contractors. Her commitment to quality and client satisfaction has earned her a trusted reputation in the industry and community.

Carl started his journey as a small child, building chicken coops at the young age of 10 years old. He worked with contractors and built his first house when he was 14 years old. After graduating from high-school, he work in Ohio in the construction and plumbing industry. He started his own roofing company, Carl’s Roofing, when he was 17 years old. He moved to Florida from Ohio in 1987 and went to work for a plumbing contractor. After several years in the plumbing industry, Carl decided to branch out and become a Master Plumber in 1994. In 1996, he started his business, Carl Kandiko Plumbing Services, Inc, which is still in business today. With a total of over 30 years in the industry, he co-founded 321 Homes, Inc and became a licensed, state certified building contractor in 2018. His dedication to quality craftsmanship and his passion for problem solving, ensure that every project is completed with the highest standards.
